I had a great experience with Dr. Kaitlyn. I was extremely nervous and anxious and she was very kind, patient, and friendly. She took her time to explain things to me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. My only frustration was in actually booking the appointment, I was redirected three different times between the number on their site, text message booking, and then an entirely different phone number to finallly book. But as for the actual office/doctor experience, I would 100% recommend Dr. Kaitlyn

Dr Kaitlyn Bernhard is a very polite and kind person. She listened closely to my concerns and gave appropriate advice regarding them. Medically, she checked out my ankle with both physical examination and x-ray. I was confident she knew exactly what my problem was and she explained it to me patiently and respectfully. She answered all my questions with no sign of being in a rush to move on. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Bernard was kind and gentle. He did a really good job on my extremely painful ingrown toenail. I would recommend to anyone with a foot problem.

Appointment went smoothly from scheduling to departure. Office staff was pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Bernhard was personable, thorough and helpful, explaining each step of the procedure. Provided details for follow up care and signs/symptoms of concern. Would highly recommend this practice for their professional and personal care.
